Video autoplay

Customize → Product → Autoplay product videos (checkbox).

When enabled:

• Native uploaded videos autoplay muted as soon as the slide becomes active
• External videos (YouTube / Vimeo) auto-activate via their iframe APIs
• When the customer switches to another slide, the previous video pauses

Loop

Customize → Product → Loop product videos — the video restarts when it ends. Combined with autoplay, this creates a continuous background-loop feel.

Mobile autoplay

Mobile autoplay requires the video to be muted (browser policy). Dost forces muted when autoplay is on. The customer can unmute via the native video controls.

Show video badge

Customize → Product → Show video badge — small play-icon badge in the corner of video media. Helps customers anticipate the slide is interactive.

Tips

• Keep autoplay videos under 12 seconds.
• Avoid sound-dependent videos — most customers see them muted.
• Compress to 1080p max — 4K product videos hurt LCP without adding visible quality.
