Backend
Posts to /contact#contact_form via Shopify's built-in contact form processing. Submissions arrive in your Shopify admin → Settings → Notifications → Contact form (also emailed to your sender email).
Tips
- Subject dropdown reduces email triage time. Start with: General, Order help, Wholesale, Press.
- For high-volume support, consider a dedicated tool (Gorgias, Zendesk) instead of the native form.
