Dedicated page template with grouped Q&A and search.

A standalone FAQ page template (page.faq.json) — assign it to any Page in Shopify admin.
Sections
- Page hero — title + intro
- FAQ groups — multiple groups, each with a heading and a list of questions
- FAQ search (optional) — filter the questions in real time as customers type
- Contact CTA — "Didn't find what you need? Contact us." button
Block: FAQ group

Within each group:

Search behavior
The search input filters the visible questions live (client-side). Empty groups hide automatically when search returns no matches in them.
Tips
- Group questions by user intent: Ordering, Shipping, Returns, Account, Products. Logical grouping reduces cognitive load.
- Front-load the most common questions inside each group.
